The day itself

How the day unfolds.

A full-day wedding usually looks like this. We adapt the order to your programme, your venue and your families.

  1. Step 1: Morning

    Getting ready

    We arrive as the makeup begins and photograph the details: the baju, the songket, the hantaran, the quiet minutes before everyone arrives.

  2. Step 2: Akad nikah

    The vows

    Two photographers cover the groom, the wali and the bride’s expression from different sides, without stepping into the family’s sightline or the tok kadi’s.

  3. Step 3: After akad

    Blessings and family groups

    Salam, doa and the first family portraits, taken from the shot list you gave us so no uncle or aunty is missed.

  4. Step 4: Midday

    Couple portraits

    Fifteen unhurried minutes in the best light the venue offers, while the bride has a touch-up and a change into her sanding look.

  5. Step 5: Majlis sanding

    Arrival and bersanding

    The kompang, the grand entrance, the bunga manggar and the moment you take your seat on the pelamin, all in sequence.

  6. Step 6: Reception

    Guests, cake and salam

    Table portraits, cake cutting, the tossing of the bunga telur, and candid moments of the people who came to celebrate you.

  7. Step 7: Evening

    Send-off

    A last set of portraits as the light drops, and the hard drives safely backed up before we leave the venue.

How much is the deposit, and how do we secure a date?

A RM 300 deposit holds an akad nikah or sanding date, and 30% of the package secures a full-day booking. Studio sessions need RM 100. Pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer, and we confirm in writing the same day. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date once.

Do you travel outside the Klang Valley?

Yes. Anywhere in the Klang Valley has no travel charge. For Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Perak and the east coast, we quote transport and, for overnight jobs, accommodation, usually from RM 350. We have photographed weddings in Seremban, Melaka and Kuantan.

How fast will we get our photos?

A preview of 10 to 20 photos within 48 to 72 hours. The full edited gallery follows in 14 days for an akad nikah, 21 for a sanding and 28 for a full day. Studio sessions are 3 to 10 days, and Raya sessions are guaranteed 7 days. The self-portrait studio is delivered the next day.

Do we get the raw files?

No. We only deliver fully edited, high-resolution JPGs, because the colour grading is part of our work. Every photo that passes our selection is edited, and we keep the originals safely backed up for five years in case you need something re-edited.

Can we see a full wedding, not just the best shots?

Yes. Our Stories pages show whole days from start to finish, and on request we send a private link to a complete, unselected gallery from a recent wedding of the same type as yours.

Can we reschedule if the date changes?

Yes. You can move your date once for free with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to our availability, and your deposit moves with it. If the new date is within 14 days, we will do our best but may need to charge a rescheduling fee.
